Growing up with a dark room in the wardrobe, Lina began experimenting with photography at an early age.

After many years of experience in the fashion industry in Paris, Milan, London, New York, Sydney and Tokyo, and through a transformation from in front of the camera to behind it, she has developed an unique eye and approach to directing.

With a degree from Hyper Island, Lina is accustomed to looking at projects with the whole picture in mind. Her work is captivating, visually strong and conceptual, whilst always maintaining a personal connection to the subject.

In 2017 she won the Best new director award at the Roy Awards.
