With over 10 Feature Films and TV-dramas to his name, Marcimain has a vast and unique experience as a filmmaker. His extensive career includes his feature film debut “Call Girl” that won the International Critics’ Award at the Toronto International Film Festival. Mini series “The Laserman” won Kristallen for best TV drama in early 2000. His filmic interpretations of Klas Östergrens classic novels Gentlemen & Gangster (2014) earned him a record breaking 13 nominations in the Guldbagge Awards and was later picked up and released by Netflix in the US.
